FORE The Love of Dough is an artisan sourdough micro-bakery specializing in sourdough breads as well as a variety of other sourdough products. All of our products are lovingly prepared at The Hudson Manor Estate in Louisburg, NC

You may not believe me when I tell you that prior to this year, I HATED baking. Yep…totally true! I have always loved to cook but never considered myself a baker. But 1.5 years ago, my husband and I bought a 17 acre homestead and have loved getting back to our childhood farming roots here in NC.

Being back out on a farm, reignited my love of natural products, fresh foods and homemade goods. Earlier this year on a whim, I decided to take a sourdough baking class and immediately fell in love! Now I get to share my love of sourdough with friends, family and others in my community.

Through FORE The Love Of Dough, I blend tradition with personal touch, ensuring every loaf is baked with care and integrity.

Candied Pecans
